Changing the System Time and Date

This feature change must be made from an attendant phone. This will usually be extension 10 or 100.

Changing the System Time

? Press the ON/OFF key
? Press the PROG key
? Press ##
? Press the FF1 key (lower left lighted key, usually line 1).
? Press 1#
? Press 2#
? Enter the time in 24-hour format (military time). Be sure to enter four digits. For example, if it is 2 p. m. enter 1400.
? Press #
? Press ON/OFF to end

Changing the System Date

? Press the ON/OFF key
? Press the PROG key
? Press ##
? Press the FF1 key (lower left lighted key, usually line 1).
? Press 1#
? Press 1# "Month/Day/Year" will appear in display
? Enter the date using six digits for month, day, and year. For example, to set the date to March 3, 2001, enter 030301
? Press #
? Press ON/OFF to end

Enter User Maintenance Mode
?  Press ON/OFF key
?  Press PROG key
?  Press the * key then the * key again
?  Press CONF key
?  The display will read: 81  -  User MAINT
Change the Date
?  Enter 000
?  Press HOLD key
?  Display will read: 0   :YYMMDD   Date
?  Enter the year, month and day in six-digit format
?  Press HOLD key
?  Display will read: 1;  :HHMM   Time
Change the Time
?  Enter the hour and minute in four-digit format using 24-hour or military time (0900 for 9 am)
?  Press HOLD key
?  Display will read: 2   :  Day of the Week
Change the Day
?  Enter the day of the week (Sun=0, Mon=1 and so on)
?  Press HOLD key

To return to the top menu level press PROG key
To exit user maintenance mode press ON/OFF

Note: To clear an entry or existing data press the FLASH key
