Ken and his staff did excellent work for us, and went far beyond what is normally expected from a vendor. Ken was essential in helping our business move locations. He answered all our questions, was very patient with us, and made us understand how his product was clearly the best available. He put up with us as our needs changed, our project manager changed, and as we piled last minute cabling and phone setup changes on him. We were very happy both with his cabling work and with the amazing phone system he provided. He helped us navigate upgrading and moving our service with our phone company, did a great deal of customization work for us post-install (as part of the system price!), scrambled to accommodate last minute cabling changes we requested, and continues to provide us excellent service and upgrades.
